Meet Yashe , Founder of P&B Edit

It started with pancakes & brunch.

Pancakes & Brunch began in 2020, during lockdown, as a food page on the internet and a place for me to share my love of food, beautiful plates and, naturally, pancakes. What started online gradually found its way off the screen, first through food, then brunches, intimate gatherings and eventually thoughtfully curated events and experiences.

In 2023, I began bringing those ideas together through events, and P&B Edit grew naturally from there. Today, it brings together everything I love about creating: food, styling, atmosphere, storytelling and an almost obsessive attention to the little details that make an experience feel personal.
